When will my order arrive?
Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.
- Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
- Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only.
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping for domestic orders, please contact USPS.
We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on California Pacific Time.
Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order?
Customers have the option to pay for Taxes & Duties before delivery, some countries to require it before hand.
Upon delivery, if you do not pay DHL the Taxes & Duties due by your countries customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded. Please send us an email with any questions regarding International shipping charges you're unsure about.
What currency do you charge?
We use USD on all Domestic & give you the ability to change your language and currency for international orders.
What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If you have added insurance to your order using 'Route' at the checkout and your order has been lost stolen or damaged, please file a claim at https://claims.route.com , enter your email and order number & Route will help you with your claim & solve pithing 3-5 business days, international's orders will take up to 10-20 days.
I added Route insurance to my order and it has been stolen, how do I file a claim?

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
We are not responsible for items that are successfully delivered by the carrier to your correct address.
You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
How do I take care of my items?
Care instructions are located in the bio information of each product.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival. Please note that each piece is unique and hand made.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.

Jeu Illimite Sustainability Efforts
Production
All of our fabrics are dead stock, not produced for production.
Each Jeu Illimite piece is produced in small quantity batches. Each product bio will show detail of production & quantity.
All Ready-to-Wear is made locally and ethically in Los Angeles.
Our trimmings such as buttons & zippers are dead stock & sourced locally in Los Angeles.
All of our leather goods use dead stock leathers.
Packaging
Our Jeu Illimite zip bags & poly bags are Recyclable & Reusable.
Our Jeu Illimite embossed craft paper hang cards are bio-degradable.
Shipping Packaging
Our packing slips are placed on bio-degradable paper cards. Please remove the printed packing slip stick from the card to recycle.
Our poly bags & cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable. Please remove the printed packing slip stick from the bag to recycle.
Our white bubble mailers are made of paper & plastic bubble wrap - to recycle please separate the shipping label and bubble wrap from the paper exterior.
